We will be informally gathering representatives from U.S. statistical agencies, academia, and other experts to discuss in-progress entrepreneurship and innovation data improvements at the 2010 Kauffman Interagency Forum on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Data on June 4.  Looks to be a great day of discussion!

Mr. Reedy --

I am finishing an article on latest developments in innovation measurement for Business Economics -- I write a column "Focus on Statistics" 2 or 3 times a year.

So I'm missing some information, and after looking at your presentation last November at the Brookings/Heritage forum and your blog, I figured you could help.

First question is about the PPT presentation by Jarmin et al. -- The first slide says June 4, 2009 -- can i assume it should have said 2010?

Second question, is on the National Organizations Survey. Tim Sturgeon made a presentation in July at a NBER Summer Institute abouty the "2010 National Organizations Survey." I can find no reference anywhere to a 2010 survey. I think he meant a 2009 survey. So if it's 2009, was in taken? Who funded the survey? Sorry, but i couldn't figure all this out from your 8/10 /09 blog.

Thank you for your help.
