Troost

The Troost Room offers 1,581 square feet in its modified square setting. Available for luncheons or dinners can easily seat up to 70. If you need a formal meeting space, Troost can handle up to 80 seated theater style. See Conference Center Floor Plan for location.

Available to:

501(c)3 non-profit, governmental, educational and community groups that meet the Kauffman Foundation guidelines.

Rental Hours:

Daytime rental from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday

Evening rental from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday

Rental Fees:

Full Day - $750

Half Day - $500

Additional Services:

Full-service Catering, Audio-Visual service and equipment.

Reminders:

  • American Food and Vending is the exclusive caterer for Kauffman Foundation Conference Center.
  • The Kauffman Foundation is a smoke-free institution.
  • The client is responsible for an additional security cost ($100 per hour or portion of hour) if any guests or vendors stay beyond the designated closure time of the facility.
