The third annual State of Entrepreneurship Address, “A Roadmap for State Growth,” will be presented by Benno Schmidt, interim president of the Kauffman Foundation, who will discuss effective, low-cost ways of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation at the state level. Lunch and a panel featuring state policy experts, including two governors, will follow.
