Amanda Schnieders is a program assistant in Entrepreneurship for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she assists with the production and editing of video content and other journalistic endeavors.
Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Schnieders was a desk editor for KOMU-TV8 in Columbia, Mo., writing and editing news clips for the station website, and a reporter for KBIA 91.3 FM, the mid-Missouri NPR affiliate. She also has worked as a multimedia editor for VOX magazine and as a multimedia producer for the U.S.-European Media Hub, Brussels U.S. Embassy.
Schnieders earned a Bachelor of Science in convergence journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
