Christopher Laubenthal Biography

As a senior data analyst in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Christopher Laubenthal works to establish data tools and analysis for Kauffman Scholars, Inc. Prior to joining the Foundation, Laubenthal was an education coordinator in the Continuing Medical Education Office at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In this role, he managed and organized a CME database meeting guidelines for accreditation and developed and managed a website that facilitates event administration and evaluation. Earlier, Laubenthal was an intern for the Ohio Department of Education, where he researched, compared, and catalogued performance-based and end-of-course assessments from all fifty states with results guiding policy development.

While obtaining his Masters of Public Administration from Ohio State University, Laubenthal completed a policy paper on college migration determinants and wrote a grant to develop a website resource for the Ohio College Access Network on Financial Literacy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.
