Jennifer Anzalone is the director of the Human Resources department of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. She is responsible for implementing and administering Human Resources policies and procedures, and overseeing recruitment and retention, associate relations, benefits and compensation management, performance management, and legal compliance. In her previous position with the Kauffman Foundation, she served the Finance department as an analyst responsible for budget assistance, auditing financial functions, and monthly reporting. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, she worked in accounts payable at a health care company in Las Vegas, Nev. and in an accounts payable and receivable department at a property management firm in Sacramento, Calif. Anzalone earned her bachelor’s degree in management and finance from Park University.
