Jim Fisher Biography

Jim Fisher provides executive administrative support in the Kansas City Civic Engagement area for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Fisher was an executive assistant to the CEO of The Conklin Company, in Kansas City, where he traveled extensively with the CEO, maintained the company inventory, and managed business seminars.

His previous positions include executive assistant to Division and Medical Directors and CME administrative coordinator for AAFP in Leawood, Kan., and executive and personal assistant to the CEO and chairman of The Decurion Corporation in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science in history with a minor in East Asian Cultures from the University of Kansas and currently is pursuing a master’s degree in public administration from the Bloch School at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
