Kathleen Rechsteiner is a specialist in human resources for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Rechsteiner was a payroll/human resource manager for Clearwater Natural Resources, LLC in Kansas City, Mo., where she was responsible for payroll, benefits, and retirement planning. Earlier, she was the accounting controls manager at Papetti’s of Iowa in Lenox, Iowa.
Rechsteiner earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Northwest Missouri State Univerisity. She enjoys volunteering in the community, including serving six years on the PTO board at the St. Therese School, including PTO president.
