Tonya Guinn provides executive support in the Education area of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Guinn was an administrative assistant for Hallmark Cards, Inc., where she provided support to director-level associates and managed the departmental budget. Earlier, Guinn was an administrative research intern for Sprint, in Overland Park, Kan. and an assistant loan officer/title analyst for James B. Nutter Mortgage, in Kansas City, Mo. Guinn earned her Associate of Arts degree and bachelor's degree, both in business administration, from Baker University, in Overland Park, Kan. Guinn is a member of International Association of Administrative Professionals.
