This Week in Entrepreneurship Policy: FCC, Patent Reform and More

With members of the House returning to Washington after a quick recess, the schedule is packed full of congressional committee hearings this week. The Joint Economic Committee previews the Economic Report of the President while oversight and reauthorization of the FCC is on the table in both the House and Senate.

The Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee tackles patent reform while the House Small Business Committee goes back-to-back with hearings scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday on government contracting and regulatory challenges for small manufacturers.

Other topics covered by hearings include: immigration, data security, tax reform, patent litigation.
