How Can the Next President Break Washington Gridlock?

Robert Litan, vice president of Research and Policy at the Kauffman Foundation, joined a panel of experts for an online forum at NewTalk.org to discuss how to break Washington's addiction to short-term goals and special interests. In the forum that took place on September 9-11, 2008, Litan focused on long-term solutions to economic challenges.

NewTalk.org was created and is supported by the non-profit organization Common Good (www.commongood.org) in recognition of the need to improve the quality of public discourse on a broad range of topics.
