Service Desk Analyst

Chris Vallee is the service desk analyst in Technology for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he is responsible for internal service desk customer service, customer device support and management, service desk performance and administering back-office SaaS applications.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Vallee was a desktop technician at Tallgrass Technologies, where he installed, repaired, maintained, and upgraded all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. He was also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues within a wide variety of technology equipment and operating systems. Outside of work, Vallee is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity – Kansas City.

Vallee earned his associate degree in Entrepreneurship from Johnson County Community College.
