Inara Sunan Tareque is a research assistant in Entrepreneurship for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where her work involves research pertaining to entrepreneurship, identifying and awarding grants, writing literature reviews, and performing charting and data analysis. Tareque previously worked as a research assistant at the Data Analysis and Social Inquiry Lab at Grinnell College, where she helped faculty and students find and analyze data. During college, she worked at the Claude W. and Dolly Ahrens Foundation, where her work included designing and analyzing surveys to develop programs to improve women’s lives in Poweshiek County, Iowa. She also was a research analyst intern at the NGO, BRAC, where she analyzed data to assess various programs.
Tareque holds a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College with majors in mathematics and economics, with a concentration in global development studies
