Sarah Fox is a senior analyst in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she supports education-focused initiatives through program development, program management, building relationships, and conducting research. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Fox worked for the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor in various positions. As the deputy director for Global Programs, she managed a team of twelve Foreign Affairs Officers and more than $300 million in foreign assistance funding to improve human rights and democracy promotion globally.
Fox earned a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Master of Arts from the School of Middle Eastern Studies at The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Natural Resources and Environment at The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
She also volunteers her time as a Brownie Troop Leader.
