Tonya Guinn

Senior Program Assistant in Education

Tonya Guinn is a senior program assistant in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she provides executive support in the area of education and helps support education-focused initiatives through event planning, program management, building relationships and conducting research.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Guinn was an administrative assistant for Hallmark Cards, Inc., where she provided support to director-level associates and managed all aspects of support, including meeting and event planning, travel, expenses and general logistics and support services.

Guinn earned her associate’s degree and bachelor’s degree, both in business administration, and a master’s degree in science in management all from Baker University.
