(Kansas City, Mo.) Feb. 10, 2015 – The future of entrepreneurship is the theme of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation's 2015 State of Entrepreneurship Address on
Feb. 11, with a focus on two of the most significant demographic shifts in America today: the emergence of millennials in the workforce and aging of baby boomers.
Following an address by Kauffman Acting President and CEO Wendy Guillies, speakers and panelists will discuss how these groups will impact firm formation and growth in the near future and what policies can help.

Held at the National Press Club in Washington, two Cabinet members will share their own insights on the topic – Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker and Small Business Administration Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet.
In addition, a panel of experts and three lawmakers will debate and comment on what policies will either foster or limit the entrepreneurial potential of these two growing populations that represent one of the greatest demographic changes in America.
