Trese Booze is a senior director for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she serves as the key operations and administrative leader and is responsible for translating the Education strategy into actionable talent and operational practices, frameworks, and resources, as well as driving results.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Booze was a deputy director and national talent engagement & diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) chair for Local Initiatives Support Corp (LISC), where she worked in collaboration with the executive director to guide the development and implementation of LISC Greater Kansas City’s strategic plan, as well as the local DEI and justice strategy and priorities. Earlier, Booze was a grants administrator for Health Forward Foundation, where she oversaw the donation database and grant reporting and facilitated the receipt and processing of grant proposals. Booze volunteers with HGC Development Corporation, is a director for Little Hearts Academy, and is on the board of Heart of God Apostolic Ministries. Booze is also a Centurions alum.

Booze has a Master of Arts in counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, a Bachelor of Science in counseling from Calvary University, and is a national certified counselor.
