Specific responsibilities include:
Assist RWL leaders with complex administrative tasks, including calendar management, event planning and coordination of meetings and presentations, materials preparation and distribution, expense submission and complex travel arrangements.
Plan and execute meetings and events, including assembling agendas, preparing and distributing briefing documents, capturing notes, and formulating post-meeting action items.
Support day-to-day management of projects, including activity scheduling and coordination, stakeholder communication, identification and resolution of issues, and interdependencies with other Foundation efforts.
A successful candidate profile:
Anticipates and meets demands with flexibility and good humor.
Builds constructive relationships with people both similar and different to themselves.
Has at least four years of experience using project management software, e.g. Visio, Teamwork.
Working knowledge of social media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
