Anna Hennes

Anna Hennes is a program leader for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she develops programming that enables employers to effectively and efficiently engage with students to deliver quality Real World Learning (RWL) experiences.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Hennes worked for Cerner Corporation for 12 years in a variety of roles, including lead program manager, community strategist, and operations manager for First Hand Foundation (now the Cerner Charitable Foundation). Earlier, Hennes was a campaign and resource investment manager for the United Way, where she focused on fundraising and grantmaking. Hennes volunteers at many local organizations, including Cornerstones of Care, Giving the Basics, Happy Bottoms, Global Health Ministry, and Villa St. Francis Senior Center. She is also a member of the Rockhurst Alumni Association and the Notre Dame de Sion Alumni Association.

Hennes has a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on healthcare leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in nonprofit business administration from Rockhurst University.
