Jennifer Kelly Senior Program Officer Jennifer Kelly is a senior program officer for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she helps lead the Kauffman FastTrac® program and holds a grant portfolio focused on entrepreneurship and policy engagement. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Kelly was a manager of government relations where she helped clients advocate for their regulatory and legislative priorities. Kelly started her career in the office of U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley. Kelly holds a Masters of Arts in congressional and presidential studies from Catholic University of the Americas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of South Dakota.
