Associates of the Kauffman Foundation work to provide access to opportunities that help people achieve financial stability, upward mobility, and economic prosperity – regardless of race, gender, or geography.

The front entrance of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation features two bronze statues of Mr. and Mrs. Kauffman.

It is your right to be uncommon if you can. You seek the opportunity to compete. You desire to take the calculated risk, to dream, to build, yes, even to fail, and to succeed.

— Ewing Marion Kauffman

At the Kauffman Foundation, we believe a great workplace is built on trust, pride, and genuine connection. But true greatness comes when that experience is equitable and consistent for every employee – regardless of who they are, what they do, or where they work.
