This is the Foundation’s third round of capacity grants since launching a refreshed grant strategy in 2024, supporting about 120 regional organizations in building their capacity to impact economic mobility. “Investing in the capacity of organizations is powerful because strengthening their people, processes, and structures also strengthens the communities they serve,” said Dr. DeAngela Burns-Wallace, president and CEO of the Kauffman Foundation.
