Aimée Eubanks Davis

Aimée Eubanks Davis is a philanthropic leader, social entrepreneur, and national voice in education and workforce equity.

As the founder and CEO of Braven, Eubanks Davis leads a national nonprofit committed to closing the college-to-career gap for first-generation and underrepresented students. Braven partners with public universities and major employers to deliver a rigorous career acceleration experience, helping students navigate the transition from college to strong first jobs. Since 2013, Braven has served thousands of students in cities including Chicago, Newark, Atlanta, and New York to create scalable, evidence-based pathways to economic mobility.

Grounded in a belief that talent is distributed equally but opportunity is not, Eubanks Davis brings a deep commitment to systems change. A former sixth-grade teacher and Teach For America executive, she spent nearly a decade leading the organization’s human capital and diversity work, overseeing talent strategies for over 3,000 staff and fueling its growth into a $300 million national nonprofit. Her experience spans organizational leadership, policy advocacy, and inclusive workforce development.

A champion for philanthropy that drives equity and results, Eubanks Davis has advised and collaborated with leading foundations, corporations, and public institutions to reimagine access to education and employment. She serves on the boards of OneGoal, Relay Graduate School of Education, and Education Pioneers, and is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Davis earned her bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and MBA from Harvard Business School. She is focused on creating a more just and inclusive economy through education, innovation, and partnership.
