Amos Jaimes is a program coordinator at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he supports the program director and staff of ProX, a Real World Learning Business-to-Education initiative. He develops and maintains detailed project plans, processes, and tools needed to keep stakeholders informed and accountable, as well as ensure stakeholders have positive experiences in the program.

Previously, Jaimes served as a Kauffman Foundation intern researching nonprofit organizational effectiveness and capacity-building funding.

Jaimes earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from the University of Missouri, his Master of Educational Studies from the University of Oklahoma, and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City as part of the school’s Bloch Mentorship Program. Jaimes previously served as a diversity peer educator at the University of Missouri, and was a member of the diversity, inclusion, and equity advisory board at the University of Oklahoma.
