Crystal Everett

Crystal Everett is a real world learning officer – educator programming and engagement in Operating Programs for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. She leads the efforts related to our MVA Educator Network to ensure that teachers have professional development and peer support when implementing Market Value Assets in the classroom. Everett serves as our subject matter expert for the Entrepreneurial Experience MVA and Industry-Recognized Credential/Apprenticeship MVA.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Everett was a real world learning manager with the Kansas City Public School District.

Everett earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in sociology and journalism / mass communication from Drake University, and her Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Northern Arizona University. She serves on the boards of Pete’s Garden and Start at Zero, is a member of the Black Achievers Society of Greater Kansas City and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and is an alum of the Centurions Leadership Program of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.
