David Ryckman Sourcing and Vendor Manager David Ryckman is a sourcing and vendor manager in Finance and Grants Administration for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he supports teams in securing high-quality partners that align with the Foundation’s mission by providing expertise in sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes that strengthen operational capacity and cross-functional effectiveness. Ryckman serves as the central point of contact for vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding activities. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Ryckman managed procurement remotely for a number of firms including Barnes Aerospace, headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, and The Aerospace Corporation located in Los Angeles, California. Ryckman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.
