Jackson Winsett Director – IT Business Relations & Solutions Jackson Winsett is a director of IT business relations and solutions with Technology for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight for aligning technology services with the operational needs of the Foundation, as well as consulting across departments to understand business workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and recommending the most effective systems, tools, and solutions to support strategic objectives. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Winsett served as director of IT business relationship management with Quest Diagnostics. Earlier, he was assistant vice president, IT solutions delivery leader with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Winsett is an artificial intelligence advisor with Avila University, a KC Rising Advisory Council Member, and serves on the Commission on Racial Equity and Justice for the State of Kansas. Winsett earned his Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering and technology from DeVry University, his Master of Business Administration from Baker University, and is a Doctor of Education candidate in organizational leadership from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
