Jared Collins Analyst Jared Collins is an analyst – human resources operations in Talent and Culture for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he supports a wide range of human resource functions, including compensation analysis, systems management, performance cycle processes, tracking metrics, and reporting and maintaining data. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Collins was a human resource manager with the Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Kansas City, Missouri. Collins completed formal training in nonprofit management at The Salvation Army College for Officer’s Training and holds the SHRM-CP credential. He has volunteered on Kiwanis and Rotary boards supporting food security, housing, and youth development efforts.
