Jeremy Davis

Program Officer – Real World Learning, Education

Jeremy Davis is a program officer – real world learning in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he supports Real World Learning and other education focused initiatives through program development, project management, building relationships, and conducting research.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Davis was an economic development and grants manager for Metropolitan Community College, where he oversaw more than $10 million in state workforce training grants for more than 30 companies annually. Earlier, he was a business development officer for the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, where he facilitated workforce, job creation, and real estate incentives for companies. Davis is a member of the New Professionals Leadership Academy for the National Council for Workforce Education, a board member of Support KC, and an advisory board member for the University of Kansas – Urban Planning Department.

Davis holds a Master of Science in career and technical education administration from the University of Central Missouri, a certificate of graduation from the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies – housing and community development from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
