Jeremy Hawkins is a service desk analyst in Technology for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he provides technical assistance and support for the computer systems, equipment, hardware, and software used by associates.

Previously, Hawkins was an onsite contractor with Technology Group Solutions and Umbrella Managed Services, providing help desk support for a wide range of technology issues for the Foundation. Earlier, Hawkins led teams of optical lab technicians crafting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses at Walmart and Lens Crafters for 24 years.

Hawkins earned his technical certification through Johnson County Community College.
