Keeley Waugh

Operations Manager, Facilities, Conference Center

Keeley Waugh is operations manager in Facilities for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and is responsible for overseeing facilities, security, and food services to ensure smooth operations and budget management as well as overseeing the daily operations and budget of the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Waugh was a meeting planner with Cushman & Wakefield and worked at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, where she provided strategic leadership with clients to ensure successful events, remained a point-of-contact for clients to ensure deadlines were met, and provided guidance regarding appropriate meeting spaces and assets. Earlier, Waugh was an event coordinator at Epic Entertainment, A Starlight Theatre Company, where she coordinated weddings, fundraisers, galas, and corporate events at Starlight Theatre and around Kansas City.

Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Kansas.
