Micah Torgerson, CPA Manager Micah Torgerson is a finance manager in Finance & Grants Administration for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he oversees core financial operations of the Foundation and affiliates, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supervising finance staff. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Torgerson was a senior assurance associate and audit manager with Ratliff & Associates in Fort Worth, Texas. Torgerson served as a youth pastor for Brownwood Community Church, and in 2021, he was a mission team leader for The World Race, an 11-month mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. Torgerson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the School of Business at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
