Michael Padden Executive Administrative Assistant Michael Padden is an executive administrative assistant in Research, Learning, and Evaluation (RLE) for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he provides executive-level administrative and project management support to the chief research, learning, and evaluation officer. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Padden was an administrative assistant with Zona Rosa Delta and executive assistant – philanthropy and alumni relations for Kansas City University. He spent several years in New York City as an artistic assistant for theatrical productions, running rehearsals and prescreening actors during casting sessions. Padden attends All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church and volunteers with Kansas City Hospice Care and Crisis Text Line. Padden earned his Bachelor of Science degree in theatre performance from Northwest Missouri State University.
