Olatunji Ajani is a program officer for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He manages a broad grant portfolio to foster inclusive prosperity, as well as builds and maintains community outreach efforts and relationships relevant to our work.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Ajani worked with the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (a program of Aspen Institute), leading the design and implementation of USAID-funded gender lens investing pay for results grants and gender learning communities.

Ajani earned his Bachelor of Science in wood products engineering from the University of Ibadan and his MBA from the University of Nebraska. He has received his scrum master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
