Presley Schumacher Analyst Presley Schumacher is an analyst – human resources operations in Talent and Culture for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she supports a wide range of human resource functions, including compensation analysis, systems management, performance cycle processes, tracking metrics, and reporting and maintaining data. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Schumacher was a human resource manager with the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools System. Schumacher earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology from University of Missouri – Kansas City, and her Master of Science in data analytics from Northwest Missouri State University. Presley has volunteered at Hope Lodge, a facility run by the American Cancer Society for patients undergoing cancer treatment, and the Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City, supporting families with children receiving medical care.
