Shenelle Mourning Senior Benefits Specialist Shenelle Mourning is a senior benefits specialist in Talent & Culture for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she manages and oversees associate benefits while working closely with the Finance and Legal departments. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Mourning was a consultant with Cerner Corporation, where she worked with healthcare organizations on implementing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), a combination of software applications used to manage employee and human resource functions. Earlier, Mourning was a human resources advisor with DST Systems, Inc., where she served as liaison between employees and management. Mourning has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
