Veronica Solis Galicia Specialist Veronica Solis Galicia is a community relations and initiatives specialist for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she works in collaboration with the CEO, senior leadership team, and racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) change team as a catalyst, hub, connector, and facilitator to help set a vision for the Foundation’s REDI work; design and execute strategies to support that vision; build internal knowledge, skill, and capacity in REDI practices; and embed policies, practices, and partnerships that advance REDI across the Foundation. Prior to her work with the Kauffman Foundation, Galicia was the executive assistant to the president and CEO of Centura Health in Englewood, Colorado, the region’s largest health care network with over 20,000 employees. In addition to assisting the CEO / president, she had the role of office manager. Galicia volunteers and participates at various nonprofit organization’s fundraisers, races, and events.
