1 Million Cups Regional Network Lead RFA

The RFA opens November 12, 2025 and closes December 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation’s operating program, 1 Million Cups, invites impact network and ecosystem builders to serve as regional network leads (RNLs). RNLs play a pivotal role in supporting, coaching, and guiding 1MC communities within a defined region. Acting as a bridge between 1MC Headquarters and local organizers, RNLs will work alongside communities in their region to help build safe, vibrant spaces where entrepreneurs in their local communities can succeed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with 1MC or similar entrepreneurial ecosystem programs, strong alignment with the Foundation’s mission and strategic priorities, and proven expertise in network building, such as:

  • Facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Supporting and scaling community-based initiatives.
  • Strengthening peer learning networks or entrepreneurial ecosystems.

This role is a remote position with periodic travel to Kansas City, Missouri, as well as to community sites across the assigned region. A total of three RNLs will be selected, one each for three distinct regions: West, Central, and East. Candidates must be based in the region for which they are submitting their application.

For more information about the RFA and instructions on how to apply, please fill out the form below. The deadline to submit an application is December 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m CT.
