Katey Stoetzel is a content marketing coordinator in Public Affairs for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she is responsible for communications and content marketing that supports the Entrepreneurship strategy.
Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Stoetzel was a staff writer for MOSHERY and IMPOSE MEDIA, where she handled music inquiries from various music PR agencies, wrote short reviews for new music, and conducted interviews with bands. Earlier, Stoetzel was a features editor for Truman State University’s student newspaper, Truman State University Index.
Stoetzel has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing with a minor in English from Truman State University. She has covered film festivals, including Sundance and the Los Angeles Film Festival, and is a certified Rotten Tomatoes critic. She contributes film and television reviews to The Young Folks, an entertainment website focused on current pop culture, and volunteers to support People for Guatamala.
