Murray Woodard is a program officer in Education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he leads community-focused initiatives through program development, project management, building relationships and grantmaking. His work contributes to all areas of education programming.
Earlier, he was an external partnership coordinator for Kauffman Scholars, Inc., serving as an integral part of the operations team. He was involved in all aspects of developing and maintaining external program partnerships, corporate partnerships and postsecondary initiatives. Previously, he served as a postsecondary coach for Kauffman Scholars, Inc., where he provided support to more than 100 students.
Woodard earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Central Missouri. In addition, he was awarded a certificate in grantsmanship from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
