The Literacy Lab | The Literacy Lab’s mission is to provide low-income children with individualized reading instruction to improve their literacy skills, leading to greater success in school and increased opportunities in life, serving children from age three through third grade through embedding full-time, rigorously-trained tutors in early childhood centers and elementary schools. City Year | City Year helps close gaps in high-need schools by supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development, while also providing schools with the additional capacity to enhance school culture and climate.
