KC Leadership Cohort is a community of principals and principal managers who are selected to attend Relay Graduate School of Education's National Principal Academy. It is a year long, job-embedded instructional leadership program that focuses on observation and feedback, school culture and data-driven instruction. Participants will learn best practices, work alongside leaders from across the country and apply new skills in their schools. The program offers professional development for two weeks in the summer, four 3-day weekend trainings, and four dinner and development experiences.
